I use Comcast. I currently use them. It cost about $70 a month. They could change their prices to make it better.

When they changed how additional tv needed a box to continue receiving channels they made it very simple giving me a small box for free for one year. For once after that year, it is a modest $2/month. Whenever my monthly charge gets out of hand, the workers at this location always offer up good alternatives and make you feel as if they have your best interests in mind.

We had some issues, wanted to add some things, and trade-in old equipment. That is why we went there. The only frustration that I can say is that you walk in. You get a number, and it moves very slowly. When you go there, just be prepared, unless they changed their process, for a long wait. My overall impression basically is that they could do a better process of helping people and moving people through. One time I sat there for forty minutes. When I say waiting, it is not like ten minutes or fifteen minutes is a long time. I think they need more help. I do not have any real complaints about Comcast. My husband may have as far as some of the internet issues, but as far as the cable is concerned, my only complaint is that I wish the DVR would let you record more than two things at a time. It takes forever no matter whether it is phone or whatever to get through to them. We would continue to use them because we do not have a choice here in Minnesota because where you live is the cable company you have to have.
Description of Work: We have Comcast for our internet and cable. The last time we went to their outlet was to trade-in old equipment for new equipment, but other things that were done were done via phone.
