When we were looking for a contractor for our large remodel project, we met with three different local contractors. While each contractor would have done a fine job, we clearly saw that Boyer Building Corporation would do excellent work on every level! They had longevity and experience, a long list of reputable references, a stunning portfolio, and great relationships within the community. During a large remodel project, our family routine was important to us, and Boyer helped us establish a “temporary kitchen” to help maintain some normalcy during our kitchen remodel. They also remained in excellent communication about daily start and end times for workers. While we had a variety of workers in our home during the course of the project, each Boyer Building Corporation team member and subcontractor worker treated us with respect and kindness. Everyone worked together to complete high quality craftsmanship. Tim was our sales manager, and he faithfully answered all of our questions, helped us with the budget, and was a great resource to us throughout the project. Our field manager, Keith, was helpful, knowledgeable, wise, and easy to work with. He checked in frequently, helped troubleshoot potential issues, offered valuable input, and managed the subcontractors with friendliness and ease. He always made us feel like our project was the only project he was managing, though we know he works with multiple projects at one time. Our lead carpenter, Joe, was a kind and steady worker who did excellent, meticulous work on our home! It was amazing to see what he could accomplish in one day. Our project manager, Chris, was very on top of all the details of selections, scheduling, and communication – she didn’t miss a beat! We especially appreciated seeing calendars and timelines throughout the project to help us anticipate what was next. We are thrilled with the finished product – clean, warm, welcoming, functional, beautiful spaces that turned out even better than we could have hoped for! From the initial design meetings to the punch list and final walk through, Boyer Building Corporation has been wonderful to work with and we are so grateful for their excellent work on our home! We completed a 5 month whole house remodel with Boyer in Aug. 2024. All new flooring, doors, and trim and a new bathroom and kitchen overhaul. We couldn't be happier with the results. And unlike other contractors we have used, the project was done on time. I recommend you check them out!

We used Boyer for our Kitchen remodel and could not be more happy with their work. We had renovations done with another reputable company in the area prior to finding Boyer and were disappointed with their communication, timeliness, professionalism, and outcomes. We were blessed enough to find Boyer for our last and most important project, the heart of the house, the kitchen. Boyer is the 4th remodeling company we have used between our last house and our current home, my only regret about finding them is that we didn't find them soon enough. We would have done all the projects with Boyer if we knew of them. They are superior to any other remodeling company we have worked with in many ways. At the start of the project, Cherie was the point of contact and we were very impressed by her attention to detail, fantastic ideas, ability to convert our unorganized ideas into concrete plans, and all around demeanor. We felt in good hands right away. We stayed well taken care of all of the way through the project. Keith, the field supervisor, was always involved and one step ahead of everything to ensure unexpected surprises do not arise. Chris, the project manager, was not only organized and very helpful in every way, she made sure we were updated and kept in the loop exactly the right way. Her communication during the project was invaluable. The many workers that entered our home were professional, on time always, a pleasure to have gotten to know, and just great humans. Joe, the "do it all guy" for Boyer, is incredibly talented. The results of his work are all excellent. Ashton, the electrician, is brilliant at what he does. Alan, the painter, was thorough and very conscientious to detail. The many people not mentioned were all very much appreciated. I could not recommend this company enough. With any future projects, our first and last call will be to Boyer. We thank Boyer for creating such a great team, we feel very fortunate to have found them.

We recently completed a "forced remodel" due to a massive water "event" which affected all three levels of our home. After submitting the claim to our insurance company, we realized that this was going to be a very complex repair and at the same time an opportunity to fix some things about our home that became evident as we examined what needed repair and what adjacent areas would look like after that. We had hired a water mitigation contractor to do the work, and at the last minute, just days before they were to start, they bailed and said it was too complicated. I called Boyer Building as they had been doing work in our area for decades with a great reputation and within one day Joe F. came out and examined everything and said to me: "We will take of you" Within the following week he had every subcontractor specialty out to look at every aspect of our complicated repair. We have an old house, with previous DIY done in some areas. They started the work in earnest and within a few weeks as was estimated, the majority of the work was done within about 8 weeks. From Bill who was our project manager, who was on site almost every day managing every detail, to Joe who was an expert with demo and rebuilding, trim work, removing and re installing multiple built-in closets and everything else imageable it is like we have a new home! Every specialty sub-contractor was needed in this repair, requiring multiple visits to complete and it was amazing how smoothly things worked. We had our kitchen, three bathrooms and an entire basement remodeled. Nothing but praises from us for Boyer Building! They rescued us from a difficult situation, worked with insurance, was timely, helped to creatively fix complex issues and stayed until completion. Many thanks!
