Over the top performance. Employees of Boyer very skilled, professional and courteous. Took pride in work and did the job well. It is clear that Boyer also screens sub contractors to the benefit of customers and quality of work. The project moved along with activity daily and without serious down time. Excellent result. The elevator flows into the space and blends with surroundings throughout.

Met with 4 different general contractors, but felt the most comfortable with Bob Boyer. Bob also brought value engineering options to us, and was willing to commit the additional time required to review the plans and identify where we could reduce the overall costs to get the project within our budget. Held a preconstruction meeting on site before we began to listen to our concerns and worked with us to live in the existing house while construction was underway. Ran into unforeseen conditions (bad soils) and Bob and team were there to help us understand and work thru the solution, providing transparency and communication the entire time. Extremely fair with the additional costs, and fortunate that they were able to perform the additional foundation work in house in lieu of bringing in another sub (huge savings). Foundation required helical piers, and Boyer is one of a few companies in town that perform this work. Project ran longer than initially expected, as a result of the additional foundation work, but Boyer pushed hard to get it done. The team always responded to our concerns and requests - and we if we removed the additional foundation work, our contract would have been right where we started. Bob and team were great getting lien waivers and final billing for our financing. The bank was extremely please at how effortless and easy they were to work with - which made it even easier (and worry free) for us.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Paul Boyer and his team did for us. We had one of those projects that could have been completed in several different ways. Paul discussed a number of options based on our budget and helped us make the right choice. His workers were knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the finished product. They showed up when they said they would and cleanedup the work site. We would hire them again in a second.

I have used them a lot and recommended them. They are wonderful and my last experience was terrific. My daughter also used them recently. She had to fire another contractor so Boyer went over there and had the job finished on the day they said they would. They cleaned up every evening; we could eat off the floor and they really were good.

They were excellent. They returned my calls immediately. They were willing to meet me whenever I needed to be met. They made time on my schedule and not theirs. The work that they did was topnotch. I would recommend them to anybody.

Boyer did a great job managing the entire project, start to finish, from keeping me informed, to managing the subs' schedule, to ensuring my every question and concern were addressed. The subs they used were very professional. Joe Franson was great to work with. CJ and Paul were very helpful, hard working, knowledgeable, professional - I can't say enough about them. Boyer ensured I was 100% satisfied with the results, even after the final payment was given. Brushmasters was a standout, in my opinion, in making sure not only that the requested work was done, but also ensuring the painting they did blended well with existing painting, including fixing nail pops and painting entire walls not originally planned.

They are wonderful. They go above and beyond and are very kind. They get things done when they say they will and they clean up well after themselves. I highly recommend them to others.

I called to set up an estimate to have some remodeling work done in our three season porch and our front porch. Bob Boyer came out and spent over an hour with me talking about the project. Seemed to be knowledgable and professional. He said he would get me an estimate within a week. I never heard back from him. I called three weeks later, thinking maybe he was just very busy, and left a message for him but he still never returned my call. Very unresponsive and unprofessional after all. I'm disappointed.

He looked over the project, discussed various project aspects, took measurements, and talked about his company. He came back and had a drawing and estimate of the kitchen project. I like them. He was very professional and gave a good detail breakdown of what it entailed, the various costs, and the time frame. The estimate was very thorough and detailed.

They were great and we are very satisfied with the work they did. They were very attentive from the beginning to the end. They listened to our concerns. They made it relatively easy for us. We needed some documentation and they helped us some of the way. Their price was average. I would use them again.

live in a house that might be described as a and quot;starter house.and quot; It was built in 1991 and you could tell by the cabinets and floor. However, it's my home and it needed some updates. Badly. I asked for and received 3 bids and Boyer was the midline. I enjoyed my experience with Boyer. The project manager emailed both my husband and me with updates and if I didn't understand something, he explained it. He let me know about deadlines and anything that had to do with the schedule. They were polite and professional and they showed me the same respect as someone that had a larger house. As an fyi to the reviewer, my updates were cosmetic: new wood floors, new cabinets, tub and flooring in the bathroom and new cabinets in kitchen I didn't have structural or plumbing issues.. My applicances are electric so no new gas lines or anything like that. I now have a pretty little house, as commented by many who saw it (everything before and after was on Facebook.) I'm glad I went with the contractor I did.

My experience with them was good. They were professional. They did what they were supposed to do in the time they said they were going to do it.

Bob Boyer and his team of contractors were wonderful to work with! The quote process was easy and I was very impressed by the timeliness, professionalism and attention to detail that each of the team (carpenters, gutter guys, painters, window guy). They are very good at communicating, doing quality work, getting things done on time, and offering suggestions that might make the outcome even better that I would have thought of. They also took great care with the property and always cleaned up the areas being worked on before they left for the day. This wasn't a huge remodel, but they treated it like it was and the end result is beautiful. I'm hoping to use them for my next project (the basement) once I get the husband to agree to the idea!

After a large hail storm, my skylights were shattered and they came out immediately and were able to order the exact replacement and installed them.

After Mr. Boyer spent a considerable amount of his valuable time identifying an appropriate direction for this property, the owners decided to go in another direction. We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Boyer. We give the Boyer Building Corp all 'A's and hope they NEVER have to deal with another family like ours again. Througout it all, Mr. Boyer was kind, patient, and never even hinted that we were a waste of his time.....which we were.

They did great, handling everything from start to finish, even doing odd handyman things here and there as they came across them. Bob's design was brilliant, a vast improvement on my room/closet design in my head. He got what we were looking to do, and made it awesome. We used their subs for electrical, hvac and drywall, and siding/roofing, and hired our own painters and hardwood floor company off of Angie's List. Everyone was great, and we loved our electrician, he did extra work for us in other areas of the house while he was there (which we paid for). All in all we had wished we had done this YEARS ago and have been enjoying the extra space ever since

I have used them before and I think that they were wonderful. I spent about $25000 at the most. They are very responsive, responsible and meticulous. They do good follow-up and the communication was also very good.

All the quotes were within 10% of each other. We went with another provide that did the design work for us. We would get a quote from them in the future, not sure if we would use them or not.

After coming out, they never followed up with me regarding the project. I got the impression that the job was too small for them.

They seemed fantastic. They made sure the work was done on time, and made great suggest. We are very happy with the work and are thinking about doing some additional remodeling and might call them back.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt, professional, meticulous and conscientious workers. Any problems that we encountered they took care of immediately and we are very happy with the project.

They hired really good people and everybody was a real expert craftsmen. Everybody knew exactly what they were doing and they made sure it was done right. They came about seven in the morning so they were more punctual that I was.
