Arborgate Horticultural

Last year when I first started speaking with Dan he was very busy, and his communication and responsiveness suffered.  As a result the job was pushed to this year.  I marked down his Responsiveness and Punctuality to a B because of last year.  However, this year he started on time, worked very hard, and was much better about communicating.

In the end I got a full landscaping remodel for less then the price of other estimates I had received just to rebuild my retaining wall.  I would not hesitate to use Dan again.  He is very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions along the way without trying the hard sale to get more business.  Thanks Dan.

Each time the work is done quickly and professionally. Dan, the owner, has great knowledge of trees, lawns and all plants. I trust him and his crew. 

The work that this company did for me was of the highest quality. The wall work that they did was of the highest expertise and the crew was very professional and you can tell that they out in the extra effort.

They did an excellent and beautiful job on the paving. They took out the old materials that were now uneven and they rebuilt the base and put in the new materials and they did a great job.

I FIRST CALLED DAN LATE LAST SUMMER. HE MENTIONED THAT HE TYPICALLY DOES THIS KIND OF PRUNING DURING THE WINTER AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME CLOSER TO THE TIME TO PRUNE. HE DID SO, SO HE WAS PUNCTUAL ON THAT SCORE. I''M NOT SURE HOW MUCH THE BAD WEATHER MAY HAVE PLAYED INTO THE TIMING OF ARBORGATE''S VISIT, BUT I WAITED ALMOST TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE TO DO THE WORK AND FINALLY CALLED OFFERING TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY.
