Talked to Cory on 4/9, and he was very informative and helpful. He provided all the details necessary for me to make a decision to use his service. Schedule the work for the afternoon of 4/16. As he committed, Cory showed up the afternoon of 4/16 with his stump grinder. His grinder was easily able to fit through our fence gate and navigate around our patio leaving no marks on our lawn. Work was completely done within 15 minutes, and all that was left was a pile of wood chips and dirt that we were able to use in our garden. I paid with a personal check and Cory was on his way. Cory was extremely professional and courteous, and I certainly will call him again for any stump removal needs I might have.

This is the second time we've hired Action to remove some stumps.  They are prompt and efficient.  They showed up earlier than anticipated and got right to work.  They were in and out in about 20 minutes.  The work is done quick, and they really grind them down.  The two recent stumps are ground down way below ground level, which is nice.  Thanks again!

Performed it promptly and quickly and when the machine went through a buried sprinkler hose that we did not know about, he fixed it promptly and it has worked for years.

I have used them a couple of times, and they are very good. They do a good job at a fair price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

He came out a couple of times. My experience with him went very well. I spoke directly with the owner operator. He was the one that came out and did the work. He did a great job. He was very accommodating. He came out the second time because a couple of the stumps that needed to be ground were in the area that we felt was too wet. So, he came out the second time instead of trying to work it out the first time. He was nice and smart. I had some trees stumped and they were mostly smaller trees that needed to be ground out. He was good. He returned my calls promptly and was easy to work with. I thought that his price was very competitive. I would absolutely use his services in the future.

Overall, it was very good. I was not at home when they did the work; my significant other was. Their price was very good compared to the other quotes that I got. They were on time. As far as my experience was with them, they were very good.

I called to schedule a quote, they came out shortly thereafter, and preformed the work exactly as they said they would.

We had our neighbor recommend this company. We gave them a call and they were able to get to the job quickly. They arrived when they said that they would and did the job quickly.

They were prompt on coming out for an estimate and arrived when scheduled. With their huge machine it took a lot less time than I expected. They cleaned off the street and sidewalk, but left the chips, actually shreds, as I asked.

The process was very easy. I called them, they gave me a window of time, completed the work and billed me. I appreciated that they removed all the debris but left all our decorative landscaping chips.

They did not show up to the first scheduled appointment and did not call. They showed up to the second appointment on time.

The first estimate I received was much more than I expected. Once the difference was explained to me, it made sense. After this, the work was done very quickly.

Everything was splendid. Cory came out and gave me an estimate right when I expected him. They gave me a call back the day before coming out to do the work - so my neighbor could lock the dogs away. The work was clean, on time and within my expectation for cost. What more could I want?

Cory and his staff were very friendly and thorough, work was done well, and mulch was left in a very neat pile on our lawn. Service was much better than I could have expected.

I LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING FOR INFO ABOUT REMOVING 1 STUMP. CORY CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE WHICH SEEMED VERY REASONABLE SO WE AGREED TO HAVE 2 STUMPS REMOVED. HE ARRANGED FOR THE UTILITIES TO BE MARKED AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT WEEK. THE UTILITIES WERE MARKED AND THE STUMPS REMOVED. THE STUMPS WERE REMOVED SO THAT I CAN PLANT SOMETHING IN THEIR PLACE. WE RECEIVED A BILL THE NEXT WEEK WHICH WAS LESS THAN THE OVER THE PHONE ESTIMATE. I AM VERY IMPRESSED, THE SERVICE WAS DONE AT THE TIME PROMISED FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

WE WERE REFERRED TO ACTION STUMP REMOVAL BY KC GROVES TREE SERVICE. THEY GAVE GOOD ESTIMATES AND DID A GOOD JOB.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT VERY QUICKLY (WE HAD SOME CONCRETE WORK SCHEDULED AND NEEDED ONE STUMP OUT FAST), THEY DID A GREAT JOB & CORY WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

ESTIMATE OBTAINED ON FIRST CALL (I.E. NO CALL BACKS) AND REMOVAL SCHEDULED IMMEDIATELY FOR 10 DAYS OUT. THEY CAME WHEN PROMISED AND IN A HALF HOUR THE JOB WAS DONE.

THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET AN ESTIMATE. ONCE I DID ORDER THE WORK TO BE DONE, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THREE DAYS. I'M ASSUMING THAT THE ESTIMATE TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ESTIMATES THEY WERE RECEIVING BECAUSE OF A RECENT STORM.

SUPER JOB! THEY GOT TO MY STUMP TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD! THANK YOU!

THEY ORIGINALLY SAID IT WOULD BE REMOVED DURING ONE WEEK; ENDED UP BEING THE FOLLOWING WEEK; AND THEY DID NOT CALL TO LET ME KNOW. THEY CHARGE $25 TO HAUL AWAY THE CHIPS; I'D RECOMMEND THAT AS THEY LEAVE QUITE A MESS AND THE 'CHIPS' ARE BASICALLY DIRTY MULCH. PRETTY CHEAP SERVICE THOUGH - $2.25 PER INCH.

CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BE THERE.
