Great. Luke came out on very short notice, was on time and got the job done. He told me why the previous latch was broke and how to prevent it in the future.

Well, long story short, we managed to get into the safe on our own, even with a broken handle. With no need for a locksmith now, we called back up, explained we got in and that we didn't need their service, but knew they were likely very close already. We offered to still pay for their service call but they DECLINED - on an emergency run on a Saturday! Who does that these days!?!? They earned my respect and I will make them my first all every time from here on out and will recommend to anyone else. Professionalism to the nth degree! Thank you!
Description of Work: Saturday morning, the handle on my personal safe broke. Called these guys in a desperate panic as I needed my passport out immediately since I was due at the airport later in the afternoon. They were super great, and responded they'd be on their way within an hour - great!

They responded to our request quickly, which I really appreciated. Their promptness was very important because of all of the remodeling going on. I think their work was excellent! I would certainly rehire them again.
