There are so many competent companies out there that do kitchen and bath work. If you want one that stands by the commitments they espouse on their website, that communicates with you and owns up to their mistakes should there be any and makes them right, DON'T choose Xpres Kitchen & Bath. If you hire them, hope your project goes smoothly where they won't be required to care and stand by their commitments to service. They ordered and partially installed the wrong material and shifted the confusion onto me as the customer saying we had a conversation where I stated I wanted the wrong material. This conversation NEVER happened, and the contract clearly states my order. No one called to apologize or communicate the new install date. A week went by, and I had to follow-up. They offered me $1000 on an 18K project to keep the wrong material. I was committed to what I ordered and because 18K is a lot for me, I wanted the material I was excited about. It added two months onto my project. Then the glass for the shower comes and it's the wrong size adding another month+ to the completion date. This was a project that was to be done in a couple of days. Again, no communication from them. I get mistakes happen, but the handling of the situation was so seriously lacking. When the project was finally complete, I asked about monetary compensation due to the multiple mistakes, lack of communication, significant extension of the project complete date leaving me witha leaking makeshift shower setup...essentially such a poor customer experience and they offered me $200 on this $18K project and after balking at that number, they offered me $750 with a clause that if I posted a negative review anywhere, they would come after me for 10K per incident. I responded with a request for 12% of the total cost and they have ghosted me and are not responding. So, no, I would never hire them again with the other great companies out there that have since been recommended to me through friends/colleagues, and I have not and would not recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. Xpres looked at our project and came up with a solution that was cost effective and allowed them to replace our tub faucets and spout while keeping the original ceramic tile work in place. They could have made the project more complicated and expensive by including tile work but by being flexible with their plumbing work, they were able to perform just the work we needed to get the job done. It looks/works great and the work was completed on schedule and in a single day. They were very flexible and responsive unlike some of the other companies we dealt with. We would definitely be comfortable going back to them.

Things well done: - Flexibility (not many companies were willing to bid on our small project) - Price (next nearest bid was almost double their bid) - Employees (the installation workers were talented, dedicated, and experienced, life would have been a lot worse otherwise) - Finished Product (the new kitchen is very nice) Things adequately done: - Communication with customer Things poorly done: - Scheduling (ripped out old kitchen before making sure they had the parts for the new one) - Internal and Vendor communication (kept getting the wrong cabinets from their vendors and discovering they didn't have what they needed in their warehouse after assuring us they did) Net effect: The project was expected to take 1 week and took almost 6. This would have been less dire if they hadn't started the project in November (which was not their fault but it made our experience worse).

I needed a new bathtub FAST because my old fiberglass model was cracked and every shower created a rainstorm in my laundry room. Tom, in Sales, did not try to "up-sell" me, and Jaime the project manager was great at communicating progress. The job was done right, on time, and they didn't sign off until everything was finished to my satisfaction. I recommend Xpres Bath as a local business with integrity.

A great place to deal with and would use them again for another remodel. They redid our shower with tile and it looks amazing. We only had one small issue and Jamie instantly had someone come out and take care of it to our satisfaction. This is amazing customer service. Even was able to get started ahead of schedule and now get to enjoy this everyday. I should have had this done years ago.

I used them over a year ago to for an upstairs bathroom remodel and at that time I could not have been more happy. So, of course when I decided to finish my gutted downstairs bathroom I contacted them. They were less than responsive this year and their prices were outrageous. They quoted over $10,000 and I finished for $5,000. I even contacted them towards the end of my downstairs project to see how much handing towel bars and installing an 18 inch vanity and sink and they quoted me $1,000! I paid them $300 last year. Not sure what changed.
