I can't say enough good positive things about worry free lawn care. Chris the owner is responsive and available.The crew is respectful and kind hard working and flexible.
have never had a different lawn care company because i was so happy with these guys.The only reason i will no longer need their services and help is I am moving.Will mIss you all.Thanks for so many great years !!!

However, it took a couple of weeks for their first mowing, we never knew when they were going to show up and they were not immediately responsive to phone calls requesting a plan. They have a really relaxed way of doing business (to put it nicely) - which, for us, makes the name of the company pretty ironic.

"We mowed the lawn once a week. The renter said we never showed up but we were there every monday. The yard was a mess and we worked it in over the first couple of weeks. ( trimming the bushes, edging the sidewalk in back, cleaning up the yard, mowing)"

I use them, but I am not extremely happy with them. I never know when they are going to show up. The first year I had them, they were great. Last year, I didn't see the quality in the lawn care. They tried to change the pricing for us, which I thought was trying to get more money out of us. They wanted me to sign up for a contract, but I wanted to pay for each visit. Then, I didn't feel like we were a high priority because we didn't go with the contract.

"Yes we did switch over to a contract based system and we didn't have allot of work in there area like we did a few years earlier. It's our fault we should have told them to find someone else, but we work for them for a few years so we tried to make it work. Sorry. I had no idea the were unhappy. DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CUT THE GRASS AND BLEW THE CLIPPINGS OFF THE LAWN AND SIDEWALKS. THEY WERE FAST (TOOK THEM ABOUT 15 MINUTES) AND THOROUGH.

THEY DID THIS AT THE END OF OCTOBER, A VERY BUSY TIME, BUT WHEN I CALLED THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK. THEY LEFT OUR LAWN ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE. IT HASN'T LOOKED THAT GOOD SINCE WE MOVED IN! I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY BE HIRING THEM AGAIN IN THE SPRING. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF OUR LAWN AND HOW MESSY IT WAS. THEY RESPONDED TO MY LAST-MINUTE PHONE CALL AND WERE ABLE TO FIT IN OUR WORK WITHIN A WEEK. I WASN'T HOME WHEN THEY DID THE WORK, BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS AMAZED AT HOW GOOD IT LOOKED.
