When I made the appointment, they had a good idea what the problem was, so when he came out he had the part with him. He put it in and tested it out and it was all done in an hour. He tested it out and had me check it also and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Kent was very professional, friendly,knowledgeable, and polite. He also gave me some tips to avoid the problem in the future as much as possible. If I call them again, I will ask for Kent.

They actually picked up the phone on the weekend and gave me an estimate that turned out to be spot on. I appreciated that. The plumber they sent was prompt, courteous, and honest. Plus he got the work done in record time. Would hire them again!

Really amazing service. He did everything that we needed, along with also fixing our leaky washer in 10 minutes that has been a problem for a while. Super knowledgeable. Very prompt and super nice.

Called Weld & Sons on Monday morning for service. The reception passed my information onto the dispatcher who scheduled a 30 minute service window on Tuesday. This was not an emergency. Technician, Zach, arrived on time, and performed work. Note that there was a separate fee to haul away water softener, but total came in below estimate from dispatcher. It was heavy and did not look fun, so the $65 dollar fee was well worth it. Total was $289 ($68 for service call + $150 for labor + $6 for parts). One recommendation for the future is to have the technicians wear shoe covers when going in and out of the house to protect the floors. No issue as it was dry and cold outside, but a nice to have. I would hire again.

Tech arrived on time. He gave me a few options and ultimately had the job done in 1 hour.

It went well. Cost less than the estimate because it went faster than planned.

Excellent service! Weld & Sons showed up on time despite the first snowstorm of the season. The plumber was friendly and professional. He took care of the issue, showed me how to prevent problems with one of the water lines, and cleaned up after the work. I would recommend Weld & Sons, and will call on them again for plumbing needs.

It's always fun to observe a real pro doing a job like this--zip-zip and it's done. Manny was friendly, competent, and even took his shoes off before walking on our carpet--the little stuff counts too. Will not hesitate to call for future plumbing needs. And Angie's List did a good job of tracking and follow-up on the project.

Customer service is excellent with this company, Carelton was great - cleaned up everything, did a great job in less time than they estimated. Will use again!!!

Service was fantastic. I had a last minute scheduling conflict and when I called to reschedule they got me in SOONER than my original appointment. Guys who came were polite, friendly, and didn't make a mess. My problem was a failed connection between original galvanized pipe and newer plastic based pipe. They brainstormed several approaches and ended up with a solution that didn't involve ripping a hole in my wall, which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

67 year old Bathtub Faucet failed so had to turn off hot water to whole house. Checked Angies List & found Weld & Sons Plumbing this AM. Called them & talked to Sarah. She suggested email a photo to help identify old Faucet. Also emailed a couple photos to show install situation. She said they would check if could fit me in today. Before noon Kent called that he would be over shortly. Decided to install new Moen Faucet & add two shut-off valves to isolate so house would not be without water if future work needed. Moen install involved replacing some old galv pipe with copper, After install complete Kent test-ran Faucet several times to test & flush-out new lines. Completed in 2:45 hour in spite of homeowner "help" & lots of questions. 5 min after plumber left wife decided to take bath- missed for almost 12 hours. Cant shutoff new Moen. Fortunately new shutoff valves allow isolating this Faucet without turning off House supply. Called Weld & they would send someone back ASAP. Zach called back shortly that he would arrive in about 15 min. He checked the Moen & decided to replace cartridge. After removing the cartridge he found a old tiny screw had entered the line & jammed/damaged the new Moen cartridge. Replaced cartridge & then tested/flushed line. All OK, done in about 5-10 min. Wife happily took bath, so all is well.

They came the same day and fixed several things...they were great!

Zack did an outstanding job. Very efficient and through. We have used Weld and sons for many years and have never had anything other than excellent service.

The others I called said it would be weeks before I could get helped. Weld was also booked out but the scheduler found a way to get me in that same morning. Zack was fast, expert and friendly and fixed everything. Great experience and result!

Everything went very well from start to finish. I was impressed with the company's outstanding customer service, both on the phone and in person. Because it was a small job, the person who came out volunteered to do a second small job after completing the one that he'd been hired to do. Both were done efficiently and competently. Weld & Sons will get my business again, and I've recommended them to others.

Everything works fine

As with most projects needed for a 60 year old house, it got more involved than expected. Weld and Sons worked through all the issues and did a good job

They were awesome. I had some scheduling changes due to personal things going on and they actually managed to come out several days EARLIER than originally scheduled. Showed up exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issues. Kept the project scope in check (that is, didn't try to sell me entire plumbing system upgrade to fix a leak). Worked efficiently, didn't make a mess. I'm going to use them again for a previously planned project.

I have moved out to Hanover away from their main service area now, but they worked me in, in maybe like a week or two since I was willing to wait. Honestly I feel like their rates are reasonable and their workmanship has always been amazing. All of the plumbers that have done work for me (3 times now) have been amazingly friendly and accommodating while always supplying additional information around best practices. Highly recommend.
