We Clean Caroets

I hired “We Clean Carpets” to clean two bedrooms one hall and stairway. Biggest mistake ever for carpet cleaning The tech showed up as requested June 21st. He brought in his carpet shampooer, hooked it up to my kitchen faucet. As he was doing this, the horrible smell that came out of the hose was overwhelming! I mentioned it to him, he just stated “it won’t go into your carpets. So no worries” never mind the kitchen sink, drain etc. Ugh! He started with the stairs, then moved up to landing. I noticed water pouring out on my kitchen floor from the bottom of machine. I yelled for him, he said it was more than likely caused by previous shampoo soap used. I cleaned that up and waited for him to finish. When complete, I walked upstairs with him to see how it turned out. The carpets were still so wet that my feet were soaked. When I mentioned that, he stated “oh yah, I even went over them twice! Just open your windows to help circulate.” Never mind that it was June and hot outside! I decided that I just wanted him to leave, so I paid the unexpected amount of $210.00. A few hours later I was sitting in the living room and noticed a puddle of water at the bottom of the stairs. I wiped it up but already warped my laminates. I called them immediately, they sent someone out to take a pic of the floor within a few days. That was the end of their communications. I have had to contact the Service Manager 3 times, with him swearing he would look at the picture and call me back. Of course that never happened. Yesterday I called and told them if I did not hear back by end of day with a resolution I was filling with Better Business Buruea and my credit card company. Of course no response. So, here starts my reviews. Oh and if you are wondering, it took aprox 2 1/2 days to fully dry. Also,less than 2 weeks, the heavier dirt areas look like they did before. And yes I knew it wouldn’t be brand new, but wasn’t in bad shape to begin with. Please be careful IF you chose to use this company ?
