At the time I was out of town and he actually work with my tenent to coordinate the time for the installation and he is most accomondate to our requirements. They were best value and answered all questions. The big advantage is they gave me a reasonable fair estimate over the phone. I followed up with photos and it was best for me to do a water softener install at same time. They didn't waste my time. All around they were no nonsense straight up company.
