Phoned to say he was on his way, arrived about fifteen minutes later. Brought equipment in set up, snaked the drain. Seemed to know what he was doing and took pride in doing a good job. Price was $75.00 - $85.00 less then others I've had do the same job.

Kevin arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up, explained what the problem had been and charged me the minimum fee. From looking at other reports on Angies List for drain cleaning, this seemed to be toward the lower end of the minimum charges people were being asked to pay. I can't tell one "A" plumber from the next on the website. I chose this company because it had only one current report and I thought my report would therefore carry more weight. Also, I think a lot of people narrow their choices to larger companies with many reports. That makes it harder for new ones to get started. I was pretty sure my problem would be easy to solve - that's why I felt comfortable taking a chance with this company. And now I am one of the two satisfied customers who has submitted a report for them.

MY INITIAL PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED WITHIN A FEW MINUTES WITH A ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL. KEN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. OTHER THEN TRYING TO GO TO OUR NEIGHBORS HOUSE, THE ADDRESS WAS WRITTEN INCORRECTLY ON HIS WORK ORDER, HE SHOWED UP WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF OUR PLACING THE CALL. WE HAD A PATH CLEARED FOR HIM AND TOWELS AND PLASTIC LAID DOWN HOWEVER HE PROVIDED ADDITIONAL NEWSPAPER FOR UNDER HIS MACHINE. I HAVE DONE THIS MYSELF IN THE PAST AND HAVE HAD OTHER DRAIN CLEANING SERVICES WHO CHARGED MORE SO I FELT THAT PRICE WAS FAIR AND REASONABLE.

ARRIVED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY CALL. GOOD SERVICE OVERALL, THEY SEEM TO CHARGE BASED ON THE LENGTH OF THE DRAIN LINE. HAVE AN IDEA OF THIS LENGTH BEFORE CALLING, OR THEY MAY DO A QUOTE ON A GENERIC LENGTH LONGER THAN WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE.
