Warren tuned my piano and I am surprised how happy I am with it. I have an older upright and have had it tuned 3 times in the last 4 years and was never very happy with the results because i suspected the piano was too old to sound better. The tuners did a quick and basic tune. When Warren came he did a few extra adjustments to many things after asking me and telling me what it would cost. I am so happy with level keys and with a fairly uniform feel in the keys. So simple yet made me so happy. Have great respect for him and how he handled the whole process with me. Don't think twice, get this guy in your home.

This is my daughter's review of the service, and quot;Just got my piano tuned by the guy from Ye Olde Piano Shoppe (Minneapolis)--totally amazing experience. He tuned the whole thing _perfectly_ in a little over an hour, fixed the sticky key for free, and checked the whole piano out to see if it needed additional work (which it didn't). $100 flat. He even showed up on time. My neighbor had Schmidt Music do the same job and it cost twice as much. I'm not really good at plugging things that I like, but I thought I had to say something here.and quot; She's right, it sounds beautiful.

Warren knows pianos! We trust him completely with our 1920's era Cable-Nelson. He is also a composer and shared his music with us on his most recent tuning. Quite a pleasant surprise.

The overall experience has always been excellent. Warren is very punctual. If he thinks there is a chance he will be late, he makes that clear up front.
