Walts Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I have used several plumbers on angies list to fix my toilet over the last 3 years, but the issues kept coming back. I reached out to a friend for a plumber referral and they gave me Walt's number. He is courteous, returned my call right away, scheduled a time at his next opening (and didn't charge an emergency fee because it was less than 24 hours). He asked what the issue was and suggested a solution and then suggested alternate solutions. I wanted a different toilet after all the years of fussing on it so he replaced the toilet with the one I purchased and fixed the ring thing that it goes on so it's all new. He was prompt and called before arriving. He was quick and great price. He had a helper that unfortunately I just can't remember his name but he also was wonderful. Thank you very much guys.

Referred to Walt by previous plumber. He came out immediately. It was obvious he knew what the problem was. It had to do with the original design of the waste lift station. He redesigned it and found the right parts, which apparently was difficult to get just the right ones. He redesigned and installed the entire system. He got it done as quickly as the parts came in and the system is working much better.
