Completely incompetent from management to shop techs. Rear end damage new car. Put on used parts when Insurance will pay for new when car is less than 1 year old. Management will tell you what you want to hear. Said they replaced parts that were not replaced and charged Insurance company. Could not match paint color, requested repaint and still not matched. Ended up painting more of my new car to blend to cover up their incompetence after telling them not to blend to match there color screw up. Replaced under body panel, poor welding, no grinding, no seam sealer, no rust proofing. Panel was rusting after 1 month. Took out antenna amplifier for key fob and didn't put back in. Tail light within trunk lid was not reconnected. Body fit of rear quarter panel is poor. Rear door off aligned. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE for repairs. Have bought three new cars from Walser will never buy another from them.

A guy named Dave said he thought he could buff it out. He worked out the scratch with the power buffer and
it came out completely. He said there was no charge and took the time to explain that the remaining hairline scratch was still protected from rust because it had not gone through the four layers of paint. I just really appreciated his kindness and honesty. I would not hesitate to go back there for any repair. They were friendly, professional, and I really got the feeling that they were not a business looking to take advantage of people, but just an honest and fair organization. I have received this kind of extraordinary customer service at every Walser organization I have entered so far. A great company!

He did it on time and when he said he was going to with no problems. he did a fine job.
