Dry Cleaning Service
The service was very unreliable. They were supposed to come two times per week to pick up or drop off dry cleaning. At least one or two times per month they would not show up one of the times per week and we'd go a week without getting dry cleaning back without any notification from them. We would need to call to ask when our dry cleaning would be returned. After a few months of using them and continually being frustrated, we stopped. I would not recommend them for home delivery dry cleaning and I would never use them again.

They are fabulous. It is usually about a $120 a month and that includes picking it up and delivering it. The guy that does it is our driver and he is wonderful. One of the things that he is very good about is that if my husband will need a shirt, if I call him on his cell phone, he will come, pick it up, and get it back in time for my husband to use. It is like a two-day turn around for such a situation and he doesn't charge me for that. It would just be the regular cleaning cost; he wouldn't charge me extra. He goes beyond the call of duty with that. He is very responsive and helpful. If anything is ever damaged, he picks it immediately and fixes it. They are one of the best.

PHIL VAN SCHEPEN PICKS UP OUR DRY CLEANING AND DELIVERS IT WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT. THE CLOTHES ARE VERY CLEAN AND ANY SPOTS COMPLETELY REMOVED.

FIRST TIME STAINS STILL REMAINED. NAP ON FABRIC GREATLY DISTURBED. GASH APPEARED IN FABRIC. SENT BACK, MOST STAINS GONE, BUT GASH REMAINED. CLEANER SAYS COULD TAKE BACK.
