When I returned to the shop, Dan, the store manager, claimed that they never removed the front tire for the inspection or the repair. Dan claimed that the responsibility fell on another shop who rotated my tires 3 weeks earlier.
After sending Victory Auto a complaint letter they reluctantly agreed to put the tire back on at no charge and cover the tow. It took several additional reluctant conversations to get them to fix the fender that was damaged.
I picked up my car about a week later, Dan couldn't even look me in the eye when I came into the shop and when he drove my car around to the front.
While driving home I noticed that my brake peddle was going further down than normal and that a new noise was now coming from the front of my car when I turned left. I emailed Jason, the general manager for Victory Auto the following morning and we agreed to bring my car to their Brooklyn Park location on Monday to be looked at.
I didn't want to wait till Monday and wanted a second opinion so I took it to another shop.
The new shop reported that
1) Victory Auto neglected to properly clean corrosion from my caliper brackets (from additional brake work that was done at Victory Auto in November).
2) Victory Auto neglected to bleed rear proportioning valve, resulting in air in the break hydraulic system.
3) Victory Auto neglected to secure the said repaired brake line. Out of 5 brackets that the other brake lines are secured to, the new one that Victory Auto installed was only secured on one of those brackets.
I emailed this information to Jason, the general manager as well as some photos showing additional damaged caused by my tire falling off and some molding that their body shop didn't put back onto the frame.
Jason's only reply to the other shops comments of Victory Autos carelessness and my photos was that I could return to the body shop to have the molding put on if i'd like.

We called our gas station who does not work on air conditioners and he recommended a better place. We had a stuck valve and for less than $200 we have been cool on the warmest days this summer.
We asked to be removed from Victory's contact list, but continued to receive email and mailings. It took three phone calls to be excluded from any and all future offers. We will not be back.
