They did no tell me not to buy the car but after seeing and telling me all of the things wrong with it , it was obvious it was not the car for me. They were very courteous, helpful and thorough. I wish I lived closer to Brookly Park for I would be happy to go back there again.

They are super friendly at Victory, without talking down to you. My daughter and I dropped off the car and waited in the waiting area (free popcorn and pop!). It was done on time, with a print out of what other things might need servicing in the future but no pressure to get it fixed.

They fixed it fast and gave me AAA discount for being a member. Also gave me a coupon towards next visit

Recently, I just found an auto mechanic through Angie's List. It wasn't very expensive.

Everything went great - I had purchased a voucher from a daily deal website and had no problems redeeming it. I drive an SUV so there was the usual extra charge for extra oil, etc. but I'm used to that. Service was prompt and professional and the waiting room was neat and reasonably quiet with free wireless internet and snacks. Gotta love it!

We have used them in the past. We have found them to be incredibly honest. They will tell us when parts need to be fixed and when parts do not need to be fixed. The do not try to find extra work that does not need to be done. They always take me home while they work on the car and will pick me up once the car is done. They are very accurate with the time and price estimates. They do great work and I am satisfied with their service.

So, they are very community oriented, which I really like. I have been happy with their service and will continue to use them when needed. I had a coupon for this place and tried it out. Very quick service and they don't try to upsell you to death. I will be going here for al my oil changes in the future.

They overcharged me, and I dislike that the business is run by a religious organization. Specifically, they offer discounts to church members exclusively, and I find this to be a bad business practice. Since using Victory, I have found other auto services that have done much better jobs for cheaper rates.

This experience was as painless as it could be when spending $1300. I was only surprised that the amount wasn't more.I was able to make the appointment on line which saved me time and gave me a good look as to what was available. Brian was very clear in explaining what may need to be done and promised he would keep me posted when he found something. He made good on that promise. There was no pressure, but there was an honest recommendation if something needed to be fixed urgently. This company is professional. When it was clear a serpentine belt needed replacement, Brian asked if the replacement had been done within the year since warranties some times apply to this. This told me he wanted to save me as much money as possible. He also informed me they have a reasonable warranty on their work. The waiting area has coffee (good coffee and not the stuff that is burned to the bottom of the carafe) soda, water and animal crackers. WiFi allowed me to do some work as I waited. When it was clear that the work was going to take longer due to the need for more parts, I was able to get a rental for only $19 a day. Normally they have loaners but due to their brisk business none were available. Enterprise came to the shop and took me back to get the rental. Brian has called me and kept me informed as to the progress so I can plan my day and not wonder when it will be done. I recommend Victory Auto Service in Brooklyn Park very highly.
