Victorias Cleaning Service

First time showed up, but late, while my partner waited for her and was late for a meeting because of her tardiness. She did do a thorough and satisfactory job. Second time, didn't show up at all and didn't answer phone when we called to find out what was going on. Next day, she called and said she had marked down the wrong day. Haven't heard from her since. This put us in a situation where we needed the house cleaned and had to change our schedules so we could do it ourselves. Don't need that kind of frustration in my life. When I did talk to her, I got a long sob story every time about how busy she was and her personal problems. Very unprofessional.

I have had a good experience with Victoria’s Cleaning Service. She has been very good. She does a pretty good job. When she comes and if I wanted to do some other things, she does that. I just ask her. I think the price was fair. The quality of the service was good. She is an early bird.

Vicki and her crew have been cleaning my house for about 8-9 months, now.  They do a great job of cleaning the house and I'm extremely satisfied.  Vicki is very flexible, which I really appreciate.  She's also very good about replying to emails promptly or returning phone calls.  I would definitely recommend Vicki to anyone looking for a housecleaning service.

Vickie is very responsive but I found that the cleaning was more surface cleaning...with women doing the cleaning who had the priority of just getting the job done....lots of basic things were missed and I never felt like the house was really clean when they finished...not up to my standards.

We do not like to clean, so the initial cleaning (early April 2014) was a big task.  We were so pleased when we came home that evening and the whole house was clean.  The first two cleanings took extra time (3 hours), but now the cleaning is only 2 hours.  Vicki's team comes every other week which works perfectly.  Vicki was able to fit us into her schedule and there nave not been any reschedules needed which we appreciate.

I hate housework, and it feels wonderful to know my house is always clean now. It looks good and smells good.

Vicki is a lovely woman who hires and oversees a team of friendly, professional women. She came to my house to give me an estimate ahead of time, and she was personable, sweet to my kids and clearly adored my animals. She gave me a price of $125, which seemed fair. I used to have a regular cleaner who charged $100.
The day of the cleaning, they arrived on time, and I was introduced to the three women on her team, who seemed to truly enjoy working together and had fun meeting our new kitten. They were like a whirlwind through our house, and were done in 2.5 hours.
The wood floors gleamed and the place looked and smelled great. They did more than I had asked for when we first met (I told her we didn't need her to clean the bedrooms - just vacuum the rugs), and then she told my husband that he owed her an extra $30. In the future, I'd be more specific, I guess. But the house was a disaster - so it was worth the money in the end.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience, and I will probably use them again in the future.

They're like housecleaning ninjas... the come every other Wednesday and when I get home my house is stunning... sparkling clean. She is thorough, detailed and consistent.  I cannot recommend Vickie enough... professional, friendly and efficient.  I will never give her up!

Vickie hase cleaned our house every other week for over 12 years.  She did a fantastic job.  She was reliable and even came during off times when we needed her.  She was terrific in that she even fed the cats on occasion when we were out of town.
