Used to be a great company. Been with them for more than 15 years. Lately the quality of service and product received is sub par. Will be switching providers.

If the problem originated outside they called the proper company to come and fix it. Usually a line on the pole was not functioning.

Good service they are the internet service but they use Century Link lines so they do not have complete control. Once they led me through the reboot process for the modem everything's working fine.

I am still learning to use my computer. They are a growing company and now they have cell phone service too. I haven't checked into that but I noticed it. They are good and they are small. I have a son who is a computer geek but I am not as good as him. I am learning and I am satisfied. I like good and small, rather than big conglomerates which I stay away from. I love their price. The quality is kind of poor sometimes but I am still learning. They are really responsive. When they are open if I call them and tell them that I have a problem, they usually fix it right away down at their place or they tell me how to fix it. I pay $111 a year.

I had good service and the rate is reasonable. I would recommend them since when I call them for service or help they a very friendly, courteous and they fix the problem right away.

I have been pretty happy with their service. When I hooked it up the computer it came right up and I really didn't have to do anything. I haven't really had any problem with the internet service. As my internet was slow, I called them to upgrade it to get a faster connection. They are reliable. When I use the internet, it is always there. I would continue to use them in the future. I've used them for over 10 years. I used to have dial-up with them. I had problems with the dial-up and they were real helpful over the phone.

Info was much appreciated and helped me to understand a particular issue.

I have used usfamily.net for several years, starting with dial-up service and then upgrading to DSL. Their customer service has been very helpful on the few occasions I've needed them. Good, consistent service for a great price.

This local business provides me with great Internet services for a low monthly charge. They do not charge me money for a domain name and their rates are in keeping with competing companies. I feel like I am a valued customer.

The ISP is often the silent partner behind the DSL. I've had DSL for years, now, and for all the problems with my telephone carrier, USFamily.net has continued to chug along with no problems. No annoying ads, nothing. They actually have an annual fee that was less expensive than the $11.99 rate (which is monthly) and I used that for several years, but I recently dropped to the monthly rate because we will likely change to cable modem since the telephone carrier is getting unreasonable. I'm just said I can't bring along my usfamily.net if we switch. This rate includes several email accounts if you choose to use them, webspace, and the basic ISP service with a single IP address. They have always been very responsive to questions when I've needed to call them.
