"They did purchase from our company. We advised them that they were not one of our certified contractors & could not warranty the product. She said her husband was a contractor and that was not an issue. I advised them that when they were ready to apply to contact me and I would email and go over application instructions. They applied the product without contacting me for instructions and applied it wrong. Her husband admitted applying with no instructions and mixed it wrong. I felt bad and advised them that if they would sand or grind down the floor to remove the problems I would send them another coating FREE. They were advised that if there was any need of a non-slip additive due to the wet environment Sharks Tooth was required. They refused it. They did not sand down the floor as directed to apply the FREE Crete-Coat. They applied over the Urethane. They complained again and I advised them the importance of following instructions. They asked what to do now. I told them to sand or grind down to the concrete as instructed the first time, I would come and confirm, and GIVE them more product. They never contacted me back. I have never refused them assistance or product, just required confirmation that they prepped the floor properly before I GAVE them additional FREE product.
