The job went very well. The crew was very professional with a great work ethic. The cleanup after the work was absolutely fantastic. Other than where the stumps were removed, the lawn was hardly disturbed.

They were here when they said they would be and were very professional in all aspects of the project. The clean up was fantastic. Will use them for all of my tree work.

Great Service at a very reasonable price. Very thoughtful crew, cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them!

They are knowledgeable about what they do and professional with good equipment, but not the cheapest you will find, I'm sure.  Still, I never felt pressured and in fact, felt he would rather save the tree and keep it up if at all possible, and only cut it down if it was going hollow an in danger of going down on the house.  I felt that they were trustworthy and did the work in a timely manner and for the exact amount as the estimate.

It seemed to go well. We won't know if the treatment worked but that won't really be an issue with Urban Foresters. They did their job professionally, on time, and no problems. We'll call them again in two years.

Extremely well!

It went well despite it was raining on and off the day. They were on time, finished the job in one day. I felt reasonably priced. I have used their services in the past years to cut down large trees.

They were working on my neighbors tree and I asked them for a bid. Their bid was fair. They came exactly when they said they would, cut the ree and trimmed . Their clean up was awesome. There were no remnants left.

The job went perfect; they have this wonderful machine they bring in to reach the tallest parts of the tree but it does not wreck your lawn or driveway.  Our tree covers 1/2 the neighbors yard too.  They made sure we had permission from the neighbors to be in the their yard as well and the neighbors were impressed with their equipment and expertise as well. I have used them for years and always had a good experience.

UPDATE:
BILL & his crew came back & did more tree trimming on 2 large trees & did a fantastic job!!! He pointed out one was more diseased than I thought & trimmed up more so I wouldn't have to pay more to have him return again next year, or limbs crash down in a storm. As usual, Bill & his crew cleaned up so good you couldn't even tell they were there other than the trees were trimmed. It's such a relief to go out & find you don't have to clean up after someone who was working. Bill is a class act!!!

I have used Bill and the crew at Urban Foresters for 11 years. The whole experience EVERY time has been top-notch.  I have a wooded lot with mature trees so Bill comes in and looks at my trees and determines what the priorities should be each year. He does a great job of spotting what needs to be done. The trees always look great. He will always take time to explain to me why he is going to do what he does, even if my original idea is different. He explains what the tree needs and how to keep it looking balanced and in proportion. I have had both small work done and major work done. Each time they are careful as they work, adhere to safety standards and clean up after themselves. The spider they use is a fabulous piece of equipment that lets them get right up where they need to go with no damage to my lawn.
I will continue to use them in the years to come!

After using several other services over the last 20 years, I came across Urban Foresters 3 years ago.  I have a large Ash tree in my front yard that needs regular maintenance. Bill comes out and gives detailed explanations of all the trees, not just the ones you want him to work on.  He has the best equipment, the best office staff (they always keep in touch and return calls), and they do an amazing job caring for my trees!  Do yourselves a favor: don't use those big firms that spend your money on advertising.  Use this service, you will not be disappointed.

These were messy large spruce trees.  Bill and crew were professional and the cleanup was excellent.  I was well pleased.

I've used Urban Foresters before, and I've always been satisfied with their work.  The price is reasonable, the trees look good when they're done, and they do a good job cleaning up.   They're also sensitive to my needs (i.e. I don't want to spend too much on a few of my trees that probably won't last too much longer).   I will definitely continue to use them for future work.

Bill came over and taught me a lot about taking care of the oaks in my yard, then gave me an estimate that was right on. His crew was able to do the work a couple weeks later. They did a nice job, the trees look better than they ever have, and everything was cleaned up well.

Bill came out and consulted with us, in depth, on what we should do with our trees and what he could do. He gave us his opinions and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. He and his crew arrived on time, completed the work in a very professional manner, and cleaned everything up. During the trimming, Bill let us know what was happening and what the schedule was. We were very pleased, appreciative of his knowledge of trees and will use them again.
