It did take Eric three weeks to get to this project, but the need to have this roof done was not pressing. He could have called me though, to explain why he was delayed. I think that the price was reasonable. I do not know a lot about roofing, but it appears that they did a good job. He did come recommended and I feel that he was straight forward.

They gave us suggestions on how to enhance the front of the house with siding, it turned out very nicely. They also made suggestions about framing the windows, which turned out nicely too. They were excellent.

Eric, the owner, is apparently the only person who knows what's going on. Called their office many times re: scheduling and was referred to him. Due to weather and prior commitments, was rescheduled several times. I wanted to be there for the installation but finally had to give up. I was concerned about re-roofing this late in the season but Eric assured me this was not the case. I'm still concerned now, seeing shingles that are not laying flat but again Eric's assured me this is normal and they'll lay down come warmer days. There was damage to a window sill but they repaired it. The clean up was so-so as I'm still finding nails/staples on the ground a month later - the dumpster was in the driveway for almost a week after the installation. Summary: they might do good work but they are not easy to work with. Whenever I talked to Eric, I felt rush, that I was interrupting him, and felt my worries were nonsense. The low score I gave is solely due to how I felt in dealing with them.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID EXCELLENT CLEAN UP. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROGRESS AND WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. THEY DID THE WORK DURING A PERIOD IN WHICH WE HAD HEAVY RAIN, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO TARP IT OFF AND KEEP ALL WATER OUT. WE HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO FINISH BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE RANGE OF QUOTES WE RECEIVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

FROM ERIC JEANOTTE'S INITIAL VISIT, TO THE 2 PERSON CREW THAT DID THE JOB, I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. MY SHINGLES WILL LIKELY NEED REPLACING IN 5 TO 6 YEARS AND I CERTAINLY WON'T NEED TO SHOP FOR THE SERVICE! WHILE I MET ONLY ONE SMALL CREW OF MANY, I BELIEVE THAT ATTITUDE STARTS AT THE TOP AND THAT ALL OF JEANOTTE'S WORKERS ARE, MOST LIKELY, THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE TO WHICH I WAS EXPOSED, AND WITH WHICH I ENJOY DOING BUSINESS.

ERIC, ONE OF THE OWNERS, AND ALL OF HIS CREW UNDERSTAND SERVICE. VERY SATISFIED WITH PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY HARD WORKING - NICE GUYS. WORKED NON-STOP IN BLISTERING HEAT - FINISHED BY WORKING HALF OF A SATURDAY. HAD A REASONABLE NUMBER OF MINOR HICCUPS ALL HANDLED QUICKLY, FAIRLY, AND PROFESSIONALLY.
