He rescheduled at least four times. He was late. Customer service was terrible. He became irritated when we questioned things. Our backsplash was cracked in half and you could see it after he glued it. I thought he was not interested in the work and that we were unimportant.

He installed the granite countertops and sink, except he did gouge one of our cabinets during installation, so he deducted $25 from the cost of the project (not enough but I wasn't there so my wife agreed to it.)  Everything worked fine for awhile, including the plumbing and drain under the sink.
In June 2015 my brother in law noticed that the sink had become detached from the countertop and dropped about 2 inches. I think the sink was being held up some by the plumbing (drain, etc.) underneath it. I called Seroga to have him come and fix the problem.  It took him about 3 weeks to come out to our house and look at the sink.  Finally, he did come out and reattached the sink to the granite.  Shortly thereafter, a couple days, my wife and I noticed that the sink was dripping into the basement.  We had never had this problem before (not even during the time the sink was not attached to the granite.)  I was certain it was because of the falling sink probably causing a cracking of the drain and his attempts at re-attaching it to the countertop.  My wife said it was very, very loud during the time he was working to reattach the sink.  Again, I contacted Seroga before July 20th.  After numerous promises to come out and take a look at it (I didn't know what he could do not being a plumber and certain the drain was cracked or broken) he finally came out after August 20th, (over a month after I had contacted him! - I have a copy of a string of his text messages to me) to look at the sink.  I was not able to be there because there had been so many times that he said he was going to come out and didn't that I couldn't risk taking time off from work for him not to show up.  When he finally came he was rude and gruff.  He had a very condescending attitude according to my wife.  He was obviously irritated at our persistence with him in fixing this problem.  He spent less than 5 minutes looking at it and said it wasn't his problem and abruptly left.
So, in summary, my countertops and sink were working fine, then the sink which he installed fell, he came out to re-attach the sink, then there was a leak from under the sink, then he said it wasn't his fault.  Really?  I"m not buying it.
I would not recommend Unique Granite and I would not use them again.

Sergey did exactly what he said he would do, and that is get some granite countertops installed quickly.  I needed counters in right away and every place I spoke with including home depot and menards quoted a minimum of 3-4 weeks.  Sergey helped me pick some granite and them made and installed in under a week, and for a good price on top of it.  Amazing turnaround time and the counters looked great.  Looking forward to having a custom laundry countertop made soon.  Thanks!
