We are now in litigation with him. We are unsatisfied with their work. We signed a contract with them to build a house for 1.7 million dollars in November. On 5th, February they said the house required 2 million dollars but we told them if they could not build a house worth $1.7 million we would find someone else for it. They disagreed with us and took a stand that they would build our house and it would be $2 million. As they were unable to build the house for that amount we gave an immediate stop work order to them. We are now in the process of taking legal action against them and sending the information on their conduct to the regulatory agencies. We hoped to be in our house by this time but right now there is nothing but just a ground. We have to wait until we get this contract voided by the court or else we will be in breach of contract. We may have to wait for a year or more to get this situation resolved. They did not give us the count of money they had quoted us for the last 5 months. They finally gave it us now.
