Excellent company. Called on Saturday evening, he came out on a Sunday afternoon.
On previous jobs he has ALWAYS done perfect work and came out on a moments notice. Once while we were on vacation in Florida the cables broke during a visit to our house by a neighbor who was looking after our house. I called them from Florida and was told, "No need to worry. I will be over in less than an hour, finish the job and secure your house. You can pay when you return".

They were very prompt, professional, and had good service.  The price was very reasonable.  Scheduling was very good.

I have used this company in the past for emergencies. One night the spring in my old garage door broke and Jerry came out the next day like we requested. Then a few years later, while trying to close the garage door, the cable broke. He came out within the hour (he was called at 7:30pm) and we were all fixed up by 9pm

My wife wanted to go shopping, and could not get our large garage door to open. The grage door opener just buzzed and wouldn't lift the door. I was able to get it open by pulling the release rope, and after she left, I called U-Neda from the business card stapled to the wall below our opener button. This was around 4PM in the afternoon. He said he would be at our house within the hour, and arrived 45 minutes later. When I showed him how the door was behaving, he went right to work and had it repaired in half an hour, while working alone. He explained what happened, and tightened some loose chains that had caused the problem, and the door works smoother now than before! This is a very large, 8 Foot X 16 foot HEAVY wooden garage door. I was very happy with the quick, prompt, and fast repair and his professionalism. I would call him again in a heartbeat, if I ever needed more work on my garage doors, and I highly recommend him!

While attempting to lower my garage door after returning home, the door appeared to jam. Upon closer inspection, one of the cables that helps the door move had broke. It was aproximately 7:45 when we figured this out and we called them. Jerry was at the house in less than 45 minutes and had our door fixed within the hour. This is not the first time we've used this company and we keep his business card stapled to our garage wall just in case of emergency. He has always responded promptly when we've had a problem

WE CALLED IN THE EVENING AND THEY WERE OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE WORKER WAS POLITE, CLEAN CUT, AND REASONABLE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM IF WE NEED THIS KIND OF SERVICE AGAIN.
