JOE AWE IS VERY FRIENDLY, A LITTLE LOOSE ABOUT RETURNING CALLS AND SHOWING UP ON TIME, BUT IS CONSCIENTIOUS WHEN WORKING, AND DIDN''T WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY UNNECESSARILY TRYING TO DO JOBS THAT WEREN''T HIS FORTE.

JOE IS EXCEPTIONAL! HE WAS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE VIA HIS CELL PHONE -- NEVER HAD TO PLAY TELEPHONE TAG. HE MADE ROOM IN HIS SCHEDULE FOR ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. WHAT A RARITY. HE HAS A JOVIAL PERSONALITY YET WORKS EFFICIENTLY. HE CHARGES A FLAT HOURLY RATE, ABOUT $55/HR. AND DOESN''T MARK-UP PARTS. HIS HONESTY IS VERY REFRESHING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HE UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE VERY FEW WORKERS DO. HE''S EXCELLENT AT BOILER REPAIR, GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND PAINTING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
