I called Diane to help me find someone to pick weeds on our 1 1/3 acre yard; we have a lot of weeds, and it is difficult to find someone wanting a weed picking job. Diane was very personable and friendly, and she took charge of my problem. She found someone who really enjoys the job. To get the ball rolling, Diane came out personally several times with two different weed pickers. One woman in particular really likes weed picking, and she will now be my permanent weed picker. I am absolutely delighted to find someone to help with our weeds. The hourly weed picking rate is more than reasonable. I am absolutely delighted with my experience with Twin City Concierge--from beginning to end--and would definitely call on Diane for any future needs. In fact, I actually look forward to calling again with any needs as I know she cares and she will take charge of the problem leaving me free to take care of other matters.

Great!! My parents are deaf and my father is particularly difficult to work with. Diane handled this situation with ease. She did a great job staying within our budget for her services as well as the caterer, band, location etc. She made the set up for the party fun for those of us who helped. As in all parties there were bumps along the way and she solved these quickly and efficiently. Because we had out of town guests and a secondary party to attend, Diane handled all of the clean up and party loose ends. It was great to have someone we could trust and put our faith in.

Diane came out and gave me estimate and made some suggestions. Work was done about a week later. I will probably call her in the spring to see what we can do with back yard. She was very easy to work with.
