This was a long and involved project and we found Erik to be trustworthy and a good communicator.
He started by constructing a large effective dust barrier with velcro closures and adhesive carpet and stair coverings to protect the rest of our basement and house from dust. He was meticulous in organizing necessary supplies and keeping track of other the several other contractors involved in this project (plumber, electrician and glass door installer). He kept the construction area amazingly tidy considering what was happening there, vacuuming and mopping regularly, and managing collection of the three bagsters that were necessary for the debris generated by this project. When minor problems arose, Erik dealt with them promptly and to our satisfaction.
We love our new basement spa, and its thanks to Erik Lundberg!
