They were very friendly and professional over the phone. Even though the people we spoke with were in Minneapolis and we are in Cleveland, the whole process was quick, easy and painless. I was pleased that they only needed one day advance notice - no other company I called was that accommodating. We needed another dumpster and arranged it to be dropped off when they picked up the first one. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody that asks!

TUBS INC REPRESENTATIVES WERE FRIENDLY, INSTRUCTIVE, RELIABLE. THEY DELIVER/PICK UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. ALL OF THE DELIVERY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING WITH THEIR PLACEMENT OF THE DUMPSTERS. I HAVE USED THEM TWICE, AND HAVE FILLED UP THREE 3 CUBIC FOOT DUMPSTERS AND WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN. PRICEWISE, I AM SATISFIED. BIGGER DUMPSTERS FROM OTHER COMPANIES MIGHT BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE BUT BIGGER DUMPSTERS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR ME.

THE DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF THE DUMPSTERS WAS DONE ON THE ARRANGED SCHEDULE. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS HELPFUL AND POLITE. HAVING THE DUMPSTERS AVAILABLE FOR A WEEK AS I PREPARED TO MOVE WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED.
