TRUST LAWN CARE

This project went horribly from start to finish.  Damage was done to the foundation of my house which they denied, so I had to pay out of pocket for.  Ryan, the foreman on the project, was extremely unprofessional, rarely showed up on time, or at all on scheduled days, and was difficult to get a hold of.  It is my belief that this company oversold themselves and their skills.  It has been about 4 years, and I am left with uneven and sunken pavers, and front steps that I have had to resecure with adhesive myself!  Very dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone!

We used this company because two of our neighbors do, and we were new to the area, but would never use them again. They are, at best, careless and lazy. The work was sloppy and inconsistent. On at least three occasions now I have seen them plow snow from our neighbor's driveway onto the garden in our backyard. Per our neighbors, they damaged a retaining wall with the snowplow. In the fall, rather than picking up leaves, they blow many of them into our yard. This year, they sent us a notice/bill that they would be here to do snow removal at the first snow. We never signed a contract with them, and really don't want them doing anything on our house. We used the foreign exchange student down the street a couple more times last winter, and he did a much more thorough and careful job for half the price. There are lots of snow removal companies out there - don't use this one. If the plow situation continues, I will videotape it this winter and post to youtube so everyone can see how ridiculous this company is.
