I had some bathroom/shower/plumbing issues. They gave me a fast quote, did all the work the following 2days and even switched out my shower kit. The crew were great. Friendly and cleaned up everything. Nice have these guys and gals to call knowing I can trust them.

True Blue Construction Services completed a full exterior remolding of my home. They replaced the siding, windows, roof and gutters. They also replaced my deck with a beautiful Trex deck. They were easy to work with and completed the project head of schedule. The cost came in under the budget so I saved over $5,000. not many contractors charge less than their original budget.

My relationship with True Blue has been long and varied. I will lay out the details as objectively as possible. We contacted TB when we had water damage due to ice dams. After getting the water damage mitigated by another company and new insulation put in by another company (both of whom did excellent work and were not associated with TB), TB got to work on repairing the house. We hired them because they said they would be fast. A year and a half later... First of all, there are two guys that run the show there. Jesse is a fast talker who proved to make a lot of promises with questionable follow through. Justin was much easier to deal with. Here is a list of pros and cons that we experienced: Pros: 1) They are good at working with insurance companies. 2) They were willing to redo or fix work that does not meet customer standards. Cons: 1) Most of the subcontractors they hire are sloppy (cut electrical wires in walls, buried recessed lighting, etc). 2) Scheduling of work was also sloppy (often times crews didn't show up when scheduled or there were long gaps in times between work being done). 3) Items were stolen from our house (Justin compensated us). 4) Generally speaking, a project that should of taken 3 months took 18. Then, when the project was finally over, a huge cabinet that they hung fell off the wall shattering all of our kitchen ware and Justin refused to take responsibility. 5) Also, they filed a lien on our house as a precautionary measure. This sat poorly with me because they didn't tell me they were going to and I always paid them promptly. If you ask my wife, she will be much more critical of their services. Overall, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

This is absolutely a fly-by-night organization. Justin has no crew, hired random skill-less individuals to show up without the proper equipment and they lacked supervision. While removing existing siding they damaged several windows, either showed up significantly late or not at all and on occasion left my home open to the elements. They were terminated due to breach of agreement, negligent and willful behavior shortly after they started.
