The project started with hiring a separate designer to help with the layout, product selection, and pricing of items. The designer recommended T.R. Anderson for the remodeling work. The project commenced on schedule and all work was completed over 120 weeks. The contract was executed as promised with no undue delays. Tim did an excellent job of selecting highly skilled workers and managing their tasks. Someone was working on the site every available day, except for a week off at request of homeowner. The only unforeseen cost was for the replacement of worn out copper pipes to the 2nd floor bathrooms. We were impressed by both the final results and the well-managed process.
