Jason and his crew at Toth Homes are exceptional. We have done many remodeling projects with different contractors, and Toth Homes was definitely the best by far. Our project was an addition to our home to create a space for a home office. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone who needs work done. His pricing is fair, he is super organized, efficient and his entire team are perfectionists with their work and complete each part of the project with precision. Jason is also able to think outside the box and does whatever it takes to keep the project on schedule without compromising quality. He has an eye for detail and design and offers up ideas to make the best of the space. All of our neighbors and friends that have seen the completed work have commented on the exceptional quality of the work and how the new space looks like it has been a part of our home forever, both from the inside and the outside (our house is 100 years old). Yes, it's typically impossible to find someone who does excellent work and also is organized enough to get the project done within the scheduled timeframe, but we found it with Toth Homes!

Jason had the project finished within the time frame I was given. He stayed within my budget even after there were some needed changes. Problems were solved when they arose. My special ordered vanity wasn't deep enough and they were able to solve that problem. The outcome I got doesn't look like there was a problem. The front door going out into a foyer needed to match the color of the other doors and frames. I've lived here for over 30 years so I was glad to see he was able to get the match. The open door way between two rooms he made to match the look of the other door frames. That is my favorite part of the job I most like. The quality of the work surpasses what I had expected. Having a brother who does this kind of work & is very fussy about the way the outcome looks and Jason giving me that quality of work is appreciated. I am so glad I used Jason and his company that I gave his name to a friend of mine who is planning to do some remolding. I will definitely use Toth Homes Inc. again.

The project went great from start to finish. My wife and I were looking to have a space created where we could stand and pot all of our flowers in the spring and have a place to easily clean them all out in the fall. Jason created a counter with plenty of workspace and a shelf underneath for extra storage. The cedar matches our existing fence and is now a great focal point in our backyard.

They're very professional. They're on time. They met the needs of our problems. They're great. I would highly recommend them but we have not used them just base on coming and meeting with us to discuss an issue. We had a couple other things come up so we kind of postponed it. They're the once we probably go with. He's a really nice guy. He was busy probably because he does well I guess. I just haven't seen his work.

We couldn't be happier with Toth Homes! From the start when we were interviewing other companies, it became clear to us that Jason cares very much about running a professional business. His bid came back promptly when he promised, and he even offered to schedule a follow-up in home consultation to go over the bid. His portfolio of work, organization and prompt communication won us over so we chose to hire him. The entire process went so smoothly. The team of people he had working on our home always arrived on time, were super clean, friendly, and comfortable to be around. Before we started the project I was concerned about leaving my home unattended with strangers in the house - but after a few days I trusted them and felt comfortable enough to come and go as I please. The remodel itself looks fantastic. I could tell he and his team cared about the project as much as we did - and their work is meticulous. Every time there was a decision to be made (smaller or larger - such as the style of railing, or which ways our french doors would swing) he consulted us first so there were no surprises or work that had to be redone. The remodel was completed on time and is absolutely beautiful. We are recommending Toth Homes to everyone we know!

Jason Toth was a very courteous worker that considered our opinion with every step in building process while creating the restroom we wanted. He started with the design of the tile layout until we were happy with the final design for both the floor tile and then the tile that surrounded the bathtub. He was very flexible with any change we came up with. He took out the old drywall and sub floor with ease and reinstalled it without any flaw. The contrast between the old restroom and the new restroom was drastic and has a professional touch to it all. He worked around the plumber and electrician to complete the job thoroughly. I would recommend him to others who need a cost effective and professional job done.

This paint job involved 2 different colors as the space for the chimney above the fireplace and the side of a loft overlooking the 2 story living room was painted a different accent color. Toth Homes did an excellent job applying 2 coats of paint, doing all the edges very carefully and cleaning up very carefully. They also accommodated a crazy schedule as I needed to get the 2 story stairwell painted before new carpeting was being installed the next day. I would highly recommend Toth Homes. They are very professional, efficient and take great pride in their work.

Overall, Jason Toth is the consumate professional carpenter - a true craftsman that takes immense pride in every detail. Jason is very creative and I enjoyed collaborating with him throughout the process. We discussed each detail and decision and often implemented ideas that neither of us would have determined on our own. We built on each other's ideas and Jason effectively grasped what I wanted and made it even better. The end result was better than I expected and every detail is perfect. I was also impressed with Jason's ability to "make anything work" - in terms of laying a couple pieces of tile for the new fridge to sit on, removing a cabinet that required a drill bit several feet long it seemed, creating custom wood molding to match existing molding to spraying the ceiling. I recommend Jason's services highly if you are looking for a quality product.
