Good and faster than expected.

We scheduled an appointment but he was available earlier so he called to see if I was around.  I was and he was at my house within 20 minutes.  He made me a new key fob within about 30 minutes, had me test every part, including the newly cut key, keyless entry, and car start.  He was very friendly and even taught me how to use the key fob if the battery dies.  

Their price was about $100 less than the dealer was going to charge me and another company that makes key fobs told me that only the dealer could program for a 2012 Prius but they were incorrect.  The Key Guys did it. I would definitely use them again if I needed a key fob.

I locked my keys in the garage and couldn't get into my house (or garage).  This was around 9 p.m. at night.  Eric from the Key Guys came right out.  When the side door lock refused to budge, Eric was able to get in through the big garage door, thus saving me the expense of drilling out the lock on the side door and having to replace it.  He then gave me some tips on how to improve the security of the big door.  I particularly liked that after the first approach of going through the side door didn't work he looked for another way to get the job done that would save me expense and hassle.

He was booked the day I called him, but put me on a cancellation list. In a couple of hours, he called, and came over within the hour! Very responsive. Took him probably 5 minutes to make a new key that works as well as the original. I thought $95 was expensive at first but then called around and realized it was average and even below what the dealership was going to charge me. I'd recommend using this company if you're finding yourself being a genius and losing your only key, as well.

My keys were locked in the car, so my car dealer recommended Brian from TheKeyGuys.com.  He was at my home within an hour.  I asked him to make 2 sets of spare keys for me.  Even though these were the programmable antitheft keys, he had everything he needed to make these right in his truck.  Within minutes I had my car unlocked, 2 new programmed keys and all for a lower price than if I'd brought my car to the dealer.  Would call them again in an instant!

I was expecting that they would not be able to get out until the next day. They will buy and sell your old keys and remotes if you need to have that done.
