Great and easy

we looked everywhere for tile for over 6 months. We never even thought to try the tile shop. I thought it would be too expensive. Boy was I wrong! Their pricing was better than all the home improvement stores around!! Highly recommend!!

They estimated the tile from a floor plan of the home and didn't allow for any waste. Ended up short of tile and we had to make another trip. They were very responsive to our requests and the tile was in good condition.

From the date we ordered the tile until the install, John Henry was there to answer all our questions and get us what we needed.

I wandered the store looking at tile. There were only two other people in the store and 3 salesmen. I must have walked by their little desks they stand at while on their computers at least 4 times. No one offered to assist me or asked if I even needed assistance. I finally had to stand there and wave my hands and ask if someone could help me. The person closest to me showed me what I asked for, but did not want to stick around to help me further. I asked him two more questions about stone and he showed me what they had and then disappeared. I had to ask the 'group' left standing at their desks how I checked the samples out. You need to pay for them and they will refund you when you bring them back. He totaled it up and I got out cash. He stated that he would have to refund me by store check if I paid cash so I asked if I could write a check and he stated he would have to refund me the same way. I gave him my credit card which he promptly walked away with to the back of the store. I had to keep my eye on my card just in case. He gave me a bag to tote the samples away in and I left.

It was a horrible experience. I have not been idismissed like that by a bigger bunch of arrogant men in a long time. I don't know why they all ignored me for the entire time I was in there, but I will NEVER go back except to return my samples.

I was very satisfied with the service they gave me. I worked with Allan and I thought he was very thorough and helpful. There was an instance when they lost my order or temporarily mixed it up, but they did find it. I think we had to reorder it, but they worked diligently and straightened it out. I was pleased certainly with Allan. I thought the price was good and I thought the tile looked good. I compared them with other stores and I felt like they offered the best quality at the best price for that particular type of tile.

The experience went really good. They had one of the biggest selections and I was really impressed with them. I would use them again.

We arrived at the store to select our tile and countertop stone. We were given the names of a couple sales reps at the recommendation of the company that was going to install the tile. Overall, our salesman was knowledgeable, but a quite condescending. We don't know a lot about tile, and his responses to our questions were curt and laced with a little more attitude than appropriate. He was helpful to show us a number of options, but there was sort of a "hurry up and decide" urgency (and we weren't taking a painfully long time). That said, he did help us make good decisions and we were thrilled with the tile and stone. Their price was much better than another place we looked and they have excellent displays. So, all that stuff said, I'd recommend them just choose your sales person carefully.

Despite problem with tile, the Tile Shop has been professional and helpful.

I would go back but would have a conversation with the store manager before the work started.

I liked the sales person (Allen List) that I originally dealt with but others were not as helpful.

The selections were good, and their prices were reasonable and middle of the road. The order arrived quickly. I would use this company again in the future. However, I did have to hire another company to do the installation which they provided names for.

The stone is beautiful and wonderfully priced. The floor is already installed and is amazing. We can't wait to see the shower and tub installed.

I bought my tile for my floors from here. Good experience, I would go back for future tile needs.

The flooring is gorgeous and my contractor who is doing the installation is very happy with the quality of the flooring. The floors are even prettier than the samples in the floor. Derrick was especially helpful while I was making my choices for the flooring.

My salesman was Steve Oldman and he was wonderful. He helped us find a company to install the tile. Steve was very accommodating and did anything and everything to make sure I was pleased with their service. They gave me a discount when purchasing the tile and also gave me a credit for the unopened/unused portion. I would use this company again.

Crista was very helpful. We were not sure that our budget would allow for natural stone, in light of the size of our shower and that it is tiled ceiling, walls and floor. But she showed us an absolutely beautiful travertine that was comparable to a good quality ceramic tile. Our bathroom is finished and turned out beyond my expectations. I am so glad that as Crista suggested, we did not pick a accent border, the colors in the tile itself is the star in our new bathroom. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!

Everyone who worked with us was great. We were able to get design and color ideas, and we made numerous trips to the store for samples and supplies and they were always kind and helpful.

The class is great! My mom and I both learned a lot. It's about 4 hours and really does walk you through the steps. What's nice is that when you combine what you see and do (you get to practice cutting, laying and grouting the tiles) with reading some basic books, you really can do it yourself. It helps when you get stuck to picture what you did that day. And the staff was very good about answering any questions we had. It was a very good experience. Their natural stone tiles were beautiful and that's probably where I will buy them for some of my upcoming projects. I didn't buy my ceramic tiles there simply because they didn't have the exact color that I needed.

Walking through the showroom with Assistant Manager Jason Janke, we picked out tile that we thought would be ideal for our sunroom. The price was more than we wanted to spend. Jason worked with us and adjusted the price to something we could both live with, a real win/win. They had all the supplies we needed (grout, self leveling compound, etc.), and again Jason worked with us to get the price in the range of the "big box" home improvement stores. All in, we got better products at a price very close to the mega marts. Company took back all the un-used products we purchased, just as promised. Jason did a great job.

The Tile Shop was very knowledgeable and showed us many different options that we could have done in our bathroom. Their showroom is quite large and all of the displays were very nice to see. The Tile Shop offers a class to everyone on how to install the tile for free. They also offer free rental of tile cutters (a refundable deposit is required) and as long as you know the dimensions of what you want cut they will use a wet saw at the store for you.

Has one of the better selections in town. Gives contractors a discount. Very willing to let you take home samples. We spent hours in this place searching both alone and with our contractor, and they were quite helpful. Their price is also somewhat better than some of the ''sell-to-tradesmen only'' places in town.

They absolutely refuse to keep their commitment to keeping me informed of the status of my order. If you say you are going to call me, you need to call me. And they just never do.
