The people were very helpful. They had a pretty decent floor selection but they also have more variety of sinks in the back so ask to see what they have before walking out. They also have lots of references of professionals in the area that can help with the install. Overall very good selection and help. Would go back again for future products and advice.

Kate and Tony were 2 of the staff who helped us select our tile for a remodel of our bathroom walls and floors. Kate was great helping us figure out how much tile we needed of each kind and sent us with samples so we could make sure what we picked out would look great at home.
Later when we needed to pick our grouting colors- staff gave feedback on a couple colors that might be an issue with our tile. Very knowledgeable. They were out of one of the colors in the smaller size we needed. Staff worked with us to help get what we needed that same day without having to pay lots extra to do so!

I had an idea of what I wanted and I worked with Annie who was great. She was helpful and nice and helped me think through the materials and design of the tile I chose. She offered suggestions and went and got other options for me to look at after I picked out the main tile. We ended up with a porcelain tile and some natural stone accents which looks beautiful.

REALLY CONSIDER THE HEATED TILE (IT'S A MESH SHEET WITH HEAT COILS THAT IS PUT UNDER THE TILE). IT'S GREAT TO GET UP IN THE MORNING AND MAKE COFFEE WITH WARM TILES UNDER MY FEET!
