I am very pleased with the service I received I have another ring that needs to be repaired I will be returning

Staff took the time to show me a magnified view of repairs needed, answering all questions and giving me an estimate. Later, when they found more work was needed, that was explained too. Such a nice job. Super people, Dave does great work. And the gentlemen working for him are fun and knowledgable. When I came in to pick up the bracelet, they even inspected and polished my wedding ring and took some links out of a watch band, for free! What a delightful experience! I will be back!

In order to wear our limited amount of jewelry, we decided to get it insured. We chose The Jewelers for the appraisal. They were on Angie's A list. My wife's wedding ring was in sorry shape. She had worn it for the 1st 5 years. After getting one prong repaired, she kept the ring in the safe for the next 15 years. She purchase a inexpensive wedding ring for normal wear and only wore her good ring about twice a year. Dave, the owner of The Jewelers, showed us that we had one prong that could snag which possibly may of resulted in loosing the diamond. Most of the rubies were also loose. Dave suggested that a 1/2 bezal would be a better replacement for the 4 prongs holding the diamond. He also tightened the loose rubies. We were impressed by his knowledge and workmanship pertaining to jewelry. It was refreshing to deal with a Jeweler and not just a Jewelry Salesperson. My wife loves the new version of her wedding ring. Now that we have insurance, my wife can wear her jewelry more often.

The owner inspected our jewelry, made notes on condition and recommended the repair on one ring the others he help select the proper size and wrote our estimates up. He said it would be about a week and it was to the day. When we picked up our jewelry it was done correctly and polished . He met his estimates and the service was stellar, our rings exceeded expectations they were so beautifully done they looked new. He has done some work for us in the past and it's refreshing to see the quality is great as always. We highly recommend this Jeweler.

I HAVE AN OLD WATCH THAT I HAVE HAD FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. I HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED BEFORE AND HAD BEEN TOLD THAT THE PARTS WERE BECOMING MORE DIFFICULT TO FIND. I HAD IT REPAIRED HERE AND IT IS NOW WORKING PERFECTLY.
