Ross was very helpful when it came to deciding on mat colors and frame choice for my diploma. The final job came out beautifully. I was a little disappointed in the mat job because my picture was not actually placed in the mat as I had wanted (I just received the cut mat). But I appreciated the staff's diligence in making sure the mat was cut to the correct size since I had an unusual sized frame.

Overall, a very good experience. Ross spent time helping me choose a suitable frame and matte. The frame was ready two days early. I had to send a friend to get it, and they charged my friend's credit card even though I had already paid. However, when I called Ross to explain, he apologized and took care of it immediately. The framed photo looks beautiful and has drawn many compliments.
