I've had bad experiences with cable companies in the past, so I was skeptical at first.
Dealing with everyone at The Connected Home was NOTHING like the negative experience I had in the past talking to robots and pressing 1 to continue in English, etc.
Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We sat down and looked at my options, and within minutes I was able to find a bundle that made the most sense for me.
The installation guy showed up ON TIME to put everything in, the service is great, and I'm paying about half what I paid last year.
