Technical Restoration Services

They were part of our restoration team after a house fire. They were chosen by the overall contractor for the disaster mitigation service--Service Master. They came in and picked up all the electronics in the house--computers, printers, phones, fax, stereo components, televisions, vacuum cleaner. They were supposed to clean and check all the items to make sure they were still working properly. We feel that they didn't fully check things out--the vacuum cleaner beater bar started smoking when we used it after its return. The computer fan was not cleaned--went out a short time later, a radio didn't function properly, 2 dvd players didn't function properly (this one would have been difficult to diagnose as they wouldn't play DVD's made on our computer from before the fire). However the remaining items have functioned properly.
