They gave a good price. They were less than everybody else. They were extremely prompt in returning calls. They are even good about answering the phone immediately. They are very prompt and accurate with their scheduling.

I had a home project that I was looking to have professionally done, but not pay an unreasonable amount of money. Team Woodtech Hardwood Floor was the answer. Dan, the owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate of the work and provided advice on the job. What separated the work they did was the absolute attention to detail. You could tell he was the owner of the company because the quality of the work was second to none.

I would most certainly use Team Woodtech again for future work!

Quite well. Scheduling was easy, though they were briefly delayed on arrival due to traffic -- but they kept me posted via cell. Beyond the job itself, which was well executed, they advised me correctly on some lead-painted flooring, and Kelly offered a valuable safety tip about a loose stair-board near the room they were working in. We've used them before (in 2001 and 2004), and will continue to do so: prompt, knowledgeable, thorough.

Dan was very easy to work with. He always called me back and was very accessible. He gave me a time line and finished when he said he would. They were on time and let us know what to expect. Woodtech was very reasonably priced. Our floors are beautiful and we are very happy.

We were originally told our floors would only need to be buffed/recoated. Once Woodtech began work, we were told that the floors needed to be sanded & recoated w/poly (Costing double the original quote). Woodtech said the that they floors would look "10 times better" after they sanded/recoated the floors so we obliged. Once the floors were finished they looked worse than originally. The workers left windows open all over the house while the final coat was drying which resulted in a debris plagued finish. When I called the company to ask why my floors turned out so badly I was told that the owner, Dan, did not even clean the floors surface before he put the poly down. Because the floors were not cleaned properly, we now have black scuff marks and dirt stains that are now forever poly ed into our hardwood floors. Dan came to look at the finished floors and answered all of our questions with "I don't know". Very unsatisfied.

EVERYTHING WAS PROMPT AND WELL-DONE. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR NUMEROUS QUESTIONS ABOUT CHEMICAL HAZARDS AND THE LIKE. THE JOB WAS QUITE WELL DONE AND WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY HAVE SOMEONE WHO TAKES MESSAGES AND ENSURES YOU GET A CALL BACK. THEY RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL VERY QUICKLY. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS, THEY TOOK A MESSAGE AND GOT BACK TO ME IMMEDIATELY. WHEN I NEEDED TO MOVE OUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT UP 1 DAY, THEY WERE OK WITH THAT AND SHOWED UP ON TIME !

THIS WAS OUR SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH WOOD FLOOR CONTRACTORS. WE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY INSTALL OUR KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM. WOODTECH WAS MUCH EASIER TO WORK WITH. THEIR INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT, AND WE HAD ZERO COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE WERE GREAT, AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM UNCONDITIONALLY.

THE PRICES WERE GOOD AND THE CREW WAS FINE, BUT I GOT THE SENSE THAT DAN TRIED TO PULL BACK FROM SOME COMPLEX PARTS OF THE JOB (E.G. STAIRS) ONCE HE BEGAN. AGAIN GOOD WORK, BUT I HAD TO STAY ON HIM.

DID IT IN THE WRONG COLOR WHILE WE WERE OUT ON VACATION. RE-DID THE FLOORS AND DID AN OK JOB. HAD TO REDO THE WHOLE FLOOR. THEY WERE NICE. OVERALL, IT WAS A HASSLE BECAUSE WHEN THEY RE-DID THE FLOOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY WAS HOME AND THEY HAD TO ADJUST TO WORKERS BEING AROUND. ALSO...HAVING THE FLOOR DONE AGAIN IS HARD ON IT.

MAKE SURE THEY HAVE FILLED ALL THE NAIL / STAPLE HOLES (FROM CARPETING PREVIOUSLY OVER THE WOOD FLOORS). I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK TO FILL SOME HOLES THEY MISSED. THEY CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY THOUGH AND ALSO CAME BY TO FILL HOLES THE FOLLOWING MORNING. VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN A MESSAGE IS LEFT FOR THEM. I STILL HAVE QUITE A FEW HOLES, THOUGH, THAT ARENT FILLED.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, POLITE AND TASK ORIENTED AND ALSO ANSWERED QUESTIONS I ASKED AS WELL AS OFFERING FLOOR CARE HINTS.

THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT BUT THERE PROFESSIONALISM WAS VERY VERY BAD.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED THAT ALMOST NO SANDING DUST WAS CREATED. ALL 3 WORKERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, NEAT, QUICKLY COMPLETED THEIR TASKS AND VACUUMED WELL AFTER EACH STEP SO URETHANE FINISH WAS VERY SMOOTH AND ROOM WAS LEFT CLEAN.
