I have been with T Mobile for over ten years and i would like to get to the 21st century so i have been debating between them and other networks on the other hand i have been with T Mobile and i haven't had a minute problem with them all though T Mobile phones are expensive i don't like paying on auto mobile bills, i mean you can pay for the phone right upfront for 100$ but i do worry about the network because i do not want to buy the phone and the network is not good.

Service was great at the booth and set up with the company was okay. I'm comfortable with the plan features and got the phone I wanted for free. The main problem is that I hate the phone (it's a slider style and I realized too late that I prefer clamshell or bar), but that's not their fault. I can't wait until my contract is up so I can get rid of the phone, but I will stay with T-mobile - the coverage area is good, I rarely lose calls, and I'm happy with the minutes and plan I have.

We chose this company because it was pay as you go. We didn't know how much we are going to use this cell service so this was the safe way to go. We are happy with this service.

So far I have been pleased with the service except for the 411 information. Coverage is good, they were competitive priced for family plans. Cost is for 4 phones with 2100 minutes and unlimited text.
