T-MOBILE

I like their pricing and customer service as well as the availability of phone assistance.

I have had them for about 7 years and they have been lying to me. I am supposed to have $80 bill every month and it has been $300 every month. They keep making up lies, telling me things will be free and it never happens. If I make a change on my account they will add on another contract without letting me know. They have also lied about giving us a phone for free. I have never had a free phone from them. My bill has been so high and it turns out that they are charging me more for my minutes. They are not sharing the minutes and instead are charging us for them. They do not explain my plan to me at all. If I cancel my plan they told me I will owe $400.

I pay $190 for a family plan. I will continue using them.

At times the network is a problem, but if I am in a metropolitan area, it works very well.

They have a good service and the people are friendly. We have had them for years. I think their family plan is the best that I have seen. We had our kids on it at times. It has been good service and we have not had any problems.

I would recommend them to others. I have had them for at least two years. I have a business account with four phones.

I have noticed that T-Mobile has a lot better customer service than a lot of other cellphone providers I have talked to. Back in 2008 their prices were probably the best around, but lately I have noticed their prices are not very competitive anymore. I have tried calling them to get my bill lowered, but they will not budge regardless of haggling tactics I have used. I hear other people pay less than what I pay for comparable service. I am currently paying $81.35 for unlimited talk + text for two and that's all I have. I hear other people get unlimited everything for $40.00-$60.00, but I have been unable to find that low of a price anywhere.

I am reluctant to leave T-Mobile because they actually have customer service in the USA. All other cell phone providers I have talked to seem to have customers service in foreign countries. When I have called Sprint and Verizon I ended up hanging up because their customer service people English speaking skills were so bad. It may be worth a few bucks more to just keep T-Mobile and keep American workers in business.

Their free phone discounts have recently become a lot better than they used to be. Now I can get latest touch phones for free. Before, they would only let you get junk phones for free so maybe they are becoming more competitive again. Their contacts back-up system is great and I haven't noticed that from any other cell-phone provider. If you lose your phone or upgrade, your contacts are automatically synchronized on your new phone, although it does cause duplicates a lot. All in all, I have liked T-Mobile's service better than any other provider but their prices as are not very competitive anymore.

Their representatives in their stores are very helpful. I don't like how when you make any major changes in your plan you have to redo an extended contract for another year.

I get 60 minutes a month because I don't use my phone very much. I have no complaints with their service.
