Historically rooted in residential design and construction with an emphasis toward landscape, sticks and stones design is an in-house full service design-build company with 35 years experience. Accentuating the creative link between architecture and nature, our landscapes are published and remembered for their uniquely artistic and expressive design. Initial consultation free. Design fee to be determined. Construction fee based on bid or cost-plus contract. A licensed, bonded, and insured residential building contractor. An EPA lead-safe certified construction company. Their work was top notch, in fact truly craftsmen-like, for instance on the stoop and retaining walls their crew would lay out the stones, then dry fit them one by one before finally assembling them with mortar, the result is truly stunning and something that will last for generations.
When they built our garage they worked slowly and methodically, making sure every nail was placed correctly, correcting any that say missed a stud. Very impressive work quality. I should mention they are not fast, and they were not slow, their speed was methodical and what you would expect in creating something of lasting quality and beauty.
I would not hesitate one minute to recommend them as we have many times.
