She worked with the insurance company & got the roof covered even though they had denied us a few months before. The crew did a great job. Jed and Josh were great throughout this process of getting me a new roof after wind/hail damage. Jed fought with my insurance to get my claim approved to replace my entire roof. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and were available when I needed them. They even worked well with me on pricing to help me out. Would highly recommend them.

Worked with Sterling Concepts LLC concerning a roof leak. Excellent experience with Jedd and crew. Roof leak identified and repaired. New gutters and leaf guards installed per our request (a project on our list). Our concerns were immediately addressed and solved within our budget. Jedd was quick to answer any and all questions and kept in communication. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again for future needs.

Many thanks to Jed and his crew. The recent storm exposed a leak in my roof. Within 24 hours Jed took a look and recommended adding flashing, but was also clear that a new roof was not needed. I appreciated the explanation of the work and honest approach. All of my questions were answered throughout and the job wasn't complete until both Jed and I were satisfied. He stands by his work!

Jed was amazing! He took care of all of the hassle of dealing with my insurance company, and fought hard to make sure I was given a fair amount of coverage. The roof turned out amazing, and Jed even came back the following day to paint some exposed trim areas after the installation. His team moved incredibly fast, completing the removal and install in less than a day.

We had a leak in roof and called a roof company to check it out. The 1st roof company person that came by didn't even go on ladder and look at our roof. In fact, the 1st company person wanted us to file a claim to insurance saying there was a hail storm that that hail storm caused the roof leak. The 1st person was very insisted that we file a claim. He even called my husband a few days later like bugging us to file a claim with insurance company. We wanted a second opinion then we stumbled upon Sterling Concepts. Jed came by to look at our roof. He went with a ladder and looked at our roof. He said our roof can last for another 10 years. In fact the issue wasn't the roof at all. It was our humidifier. So Jed said we can fix this issue that will actually solve it. His explanation makes sense. And he laid out the options and prices that's much more affordable. So even if we replaced the roof with 1st company, it still wouldn't solve our issue. Jed even fixed some minor issues in our house. The best knowledgeable handy man I've known so far and he's very professional. Glad I stumble upon Jed from Sterling Concepts.

Project: Repair and Install roof ventilation I had an excellent experience with Sterling Concepts LLC. Jed was professional and solved the problem quickly with his roofing specialist. He evaluated my roof and the current ventilation and came up with a solution that solved the problem that was within my budget. He listened to my concerns with my roof. The repairs were set up immediately and completed with in a couple of days. I will continue to use Sterling and Jed in the future.

After reaching out to Jed in the morning, he was at my house at 3 pm that afternoon. The work I had done (soffits, fascia, window wrapping) was started by the end of that same week. Another contractor (the only one besides Jed that actually showed up...) said he wouldn't be able to begin until October. It was a relief to have my home worked on in a timely - or even faster than timely - way. Jed is very knowledgeable, friendly and humorous. He genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction, and doesn't try to oversell a bunch of stuff you don't need. On the contrary, if there's a simpler fix, Jed will make recommendations on how to do it, or in some cases, fix it on the spot. Jed is incredibly responsive, answering texts within minutes (I don't think I ever waited more than 20 minutes to hear back from him, at any time of day). He answered all my questions and checked in several times during the work to make sure I was happy. The crew that did the work were great! Friendly, professional, and very hard working. They were respectful of my property, did quality work, and cleaned up the property very well when they were done. Having been ghosted by several contractors for a variety of projects, it's refreshing to work with a company that shows up, gets the job done, and makes sure the customer is happy. Thanks, Jed!
