When we began our search for a realtor, I asked for recommendations from people through a Facebook group that I’m involved in for the City of Robbinsdale. Stephanie Gruver was recommended more than once, and one guy stated, “Go with Stephanie.” The short and simple declaration had me intrigued, so I sent her an email, and by the next evening we were setting up times to go and look at houses. Being first time home owners, my husband and I had a lot of questions, and Stephanie took the time to go through all of our questions with us to make sure that we felt ready and confident. I’m not even kidding when I say this, but I think my husband and I are Stephanie’s number one fans. She works for you, and she works hard. She is knowledgeable, willing to offer her honest advice, and her many years of experience gives her the eye for what to look for in a well-built house. She knows a smart purchase when she sees one! Stephanie is very knowledgeable of the market, not only in and around the Camden neighborhoods of Minneapolis, but also of all the immediate first-ring suburbs as well (Robbinsdale, Crystal, Golden Valley, New Hope, etc.) but can quickly and easily find a colleague who knows the ins and outs of any areas of the metro, should she not feel 100% familiar of the area in which a buyer is interested.

Handily finding alternatives for buyers to contrast and compare, she can discuss the pros and cons of each property without making you feel as if she is ?selling? ? as her focus is honestly just to find the home that is right for you, NOT to just make a sale.  Plus, the words "hard worker" and "Stephanie Gruver" are quite synonymous, regardless of whether she is representing the seller or the buyer.

She is a very personable, friendly, outgoing and easy to talk to person. I went to one of her open houses to 'stalk her' and see how she interacted with people. I was impressed! She was also there to answer any/all questions and to help us make tough decisions. She 'challenged' is in good ways, taking us out of comfort zones, but only for our benefit. She really put our needs and concerns first.

Stephanie was amazing. She showed me lots of house and really got to know what I wanted. She did a great job of showing me a wide variety of houses in different areas of my search area.. She has lots of experience and knows the area really well. She was also very friendly, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and very responsive. As I spoke with others and her name came up people only had good things to say about her. She was great to work with.
