Wade showed up to my location within a half hour, and was able to get me back in my car within seconds! I asked what they charge for a spare key and was told that he would do it for free since he was there, had the time and it fell into their price range any way! I took the offer immediately!!!!! I want to thank them for getting me back on track for my weekend, and the great service!

Cory called 1st thing in the morning to confirm the appointment. I told him that I had actually found the keys and that I didn't need the service call anymore. He was pleased that I had found the key but had to remind me that, had I actually had a spare key around the house I would not have been in this situation.
He offered to come and make the spare key for me at a very reasonable price.
He called five minutes before our scheduled appointment time, to let me know he would be outside any moment!
