STAR SUPPLY BATH & KITCHEN STUDIO

Anyone who needs a tub, shower, sinks, or anything else like that should us Star Supply. I would give them A's across the board. The sales person I talked to was incredibly patient and understanding of what my situation was. He helped me find what I needed and I would definitely use them again.

The vanity arrived and looked just as expected. The plumbing fixtures were ordered from a different sales person and it was a totally miserable experience. Wrong parts were ordered and the Hansgrohe fixtures that he recommended were very disappointing. Parts fit poorly and plastic burrs had to be carved out by my plumber before the parts could go on the wall. The worse problem was the total lack of concern about my time table. Constant promises were made to me that they would check on the missing part and when I would call back nothing had ever been done. When the part finally did come in, all they said was sometimes things get back ordered. No "Gee we're sorry" or "what can we do to make you happy." I will never ever use these folks again!

WE WERE AT A LOSS AS TO HOW TO TACKLE OUR KITCHEN REMODEL. I CONTACTED STAR SUPPLY AND WAS PUT IN TOUCH WITH MARK STOLT. HE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND TOOK MEASUREMENTS TO PROVIDE SOME IDEAS FOR THE KITCHEN. HE LISTENED TO WHAT WE NEEDED AND PRESENTED SOME VERY CREATIVE IDEAS. THE COMPUTER DESIGN HELPED WITH VISUALIZING THE SPACE. MARK WORKED WITHIN OUR BUDGET AND WE ENDED UP WITH A BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN WHICH IS BOTH FUNCTIONAL AND FAR FROM RUN OF THE MILL. THE GREAT NORTHERN CABINETS MARK SUGGESTED ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET THE CHERRY WOOD AND THE EXTRAS (PULL-OUTS, RECYCLE CENTER) WE WANTED. WE ALSO ORDERED NEW WET BAR CABINETS THROUGH STAR SUPPLY (MERILLAT) AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $1700. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, AND MUCH EASIER THAN EXPECTED. WE WERE ALSO REFERRED TO AN EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR AND ELECTRICIAN AS A RESULT OF OUR CABINET ORDER. WE WILL BE GOING BACK FOR CABINETS FOR AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER.
