The work was done expertly and they are neat and conscience workers. Aware of the new developments in lighting fixtures and their applications and requirements, Everything went well and I was very pleased.

They were good.

Ways in which Mark went above and beyond: 1) came out three times but waived all trip charges, even though it was our fault the work couldn't be completed on the first two trips 2) stuck to his estimate even though it ended up being a lot more work than he'd anticipated 3) Suggested that he could install a hard-wired smoke detector for us while he was up there, and did so for free (then checked the installation for us on the next visit when we asked a question about it) Polite, friendly, honest guy, and our ceiling fan and smoke detector work great.

They were prompt. They made sure that everything was fixed properly before they left. It’s good if you get the owner to do some of the work. He had a few people working with him and he was the best one among all of them.

We have been dealing with appliances tripping the circuit breaker when more than one was on. Our ceiling light in the dining area had 'fried' wires so we were using a table lamp. Our garage door had been plugged into a multi-outlet and we only had a chain pull lights in the laundry and garage He let us purchase our own fixtures and installed them. Mark had a great 'can-do' attitude, he worked around our crowded spaces efficiently. He gave us the cost of the items we added that weren't on bid and did them for us even though it took extra time. He completed the job this afternoon and called a short time later because he had calculated his labor time incorrectly and owed us a refund. Not everyone is so honest, we appreciated that a lot! We will definitely use Star Electric again and recommend Mark to our friends, neighbors and family.

Great! We were pleased from start to finish. Mark was very professional on the phone and in person. My wife was very satisfied with the end product.

They did a great job of finding all the wiring and placing several different boxes located in two different areas, all into one box. We were finally able to tell which circuits operated which rooms and appliances in our house. Also felt that we were safe and up to code.

This was track lighting that came in a thousand individual pieces all ordered separately. Each piece came with pages of instructions. Mark installed the entire project with care and ease.
